Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process for hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in the Gulf region.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms.

  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.

  • Prepare and present procurement reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or hardware industry.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

  • Knowledge of the Gulf region's market dynamics and business practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
