  • Supervising Employees:
    Overseeing daily work, providing guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Training and Development:
    Assisting in onboarding new hires, developing training programs, and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Performance Management:
    Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and potentially participating in performance reviews.
  • Scheduling and Staffing:
    Creating work schedules, managing employee time off, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Addressing Employee Concerns:
    Handling employee questions, complaints, and grievances, and escalating issues when necessary.
Operational and Administrative Tasks:
  • Ensuring Smooth Operations:
    Overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed, and maintaining a productive work environment.
