Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse trade spends, rebates, and promotional investments by partnering with sales and marketing teams to evaluate ROI, recommend optimal allocation strategies, and develop financial models for future initiatives.
  • Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and present key findings to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases with emphasis on SKU-wise value chain analysis, channel performance, and market-driven pricing strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business performance review reports for management.
  • Provide decision support for new product launches, channel expansion, and marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) desirable.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and BI tools.
