Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and control integrated production schedules across all facade product lines (WW, CW, ACP, Doors,

Non-systems).

  • Balance factory capacity with dynamic project priorities and design release timelines.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for resource alignment and material readiness.
  • Track Plan vs. Actual performance for production and delivery; analyse deviations and initiate corrective
  • measures.
  • Maintain real-time progress dashboards and MIS for management visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and reduce lead times.
  • Highlight operational risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and schedule control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: B.E or B Tech – Mechanical or Civil or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in facade or aluminum or glass or architectural metal manufacturing with multi-project
  • planning exposure.
  • Skills: Strong command of MS Excel, ERP or WMS systems, Power BI, and MS Project or Primavera. Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of façade systems, material flows, and production processes.

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving end-to-end production and project planning for façade systems across multiple

projects with diverse typologies. Ensures seamless coordination between design, procurement, production,

and site teams to meet timelines, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency.
