Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Lounge performance, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service levels, guest entertainment, and food quality in line with brand standards and budgets.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to maintain a high level of service
  • Support the Lounge Manager in team meetings, daily operations, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure staff follow uniform, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training, feedback, and development support to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Assist with departmental procedures, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
