Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee Lounge performance, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service levels, guest entertainment, and food quality in line with brand standards and budgets.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to maintain a high level of service
- Support the Lounge Manager in team meetings, daily operations, and improvement plans.
- Ensure staff follow uniform, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Provide on-the-job training, feedback, and development support to the team.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
- Assist with departmental procedures, reporting, and other duties as assigned.

- BA degree in Hospitality from a reputable university
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
