Key Responsibilities

• Conducts security checks and secures the business class cabin on flights departing from DXB and DWC airports , ensuring on-time performance is not impacted.
• Refurbishes business class headphones, including, cleaning and sterilization, testing using supplied equipment, replacement of damaged parts, repackaging and managing the shipping of damaged headphones for repair.
• Prepares business class cabins prior to each flight, including provision of pillows and blankets, distribution of bottled water and distribution of headphones to each seat to ensure overall presentation of business class cabin is of a high standard.
• Provides transportation of equipment and documents airside, between flydubai Head Office, flydubai airside workshop, Emirates Flight Catering, Dnata and aircraft.
• Manages stock and logistics of cabin equipment and other items used for inflight operations, ensuring timely distribution within airside.
• Ensures the availability of business class headsets for operational use by timely retrieval of headphones from aircraft after each flight and delivery to the preparation area for refurbishment.
• Ensure the completion of business class checks and business class amenities refurbishment are in line with on-time performance guidelines.
• Maintains all safety and security standards when conducting duties onboard, on the ramp and within flydubai premises and ensure professional conduct when dealing with internal & external stakeholders.
