Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring excellence across rooms, public areas, and laundry
  • Enforce all housekeeping policies, procedures, and Six Senses brand standards
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in rejuvenating the room and public area experience
  • Ensure amenities, services, and setup align with Six Senses wellness and sustainability principles
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
  • Maintain knowledge of room types, layouts, facilities, and service offerings
  • Ensure a secure, hygienic, and well-organized environment for guests and staff
  • Manage purchasing, stock levels, and storage following sustainability guidelines
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and quality assessments
  • Engage proactively with guests to gather feedback and ensure exceptional service recovery
  • Maintain strong communication and cooperation with all departments
  • Uphold excellent grooming, safety, and hygiene standards across the housekeeping team
  • Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the Executive Housekeeper

Ideal Profile

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping operations

Strong leadership skills with visible, hands-on management style

Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities

Proven expertise in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development

Solid financial acumen including cost control, budgeting, and report interpretation

Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations

Organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining top-tier service quality
