Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate (Healthcare or Management preferred)
Responsibilities:
Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for the clinic
Monitor billing, coding, claims, and collections processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and finance teams
Analyze financial performance and generate management reports
Implement process improvements to optimize revenue and efficiency
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Healthcare, Business, or related field
Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of billing, coding, claims, and healthcare regulations
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
