Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, inventory costing

Analyze financial performance to improve profitability and reduce costs

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies

Supervise audits and liaise with auditors and regulators

Implement internal controls and enhance financial procedures

Coordinate with operations and procurement to monitor costs and analyze margins

Lead and mentor junior finance team members

Support Head of Finance in strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s/MBA preferred)

CPA / ACCA / CMA certification is a plus

10 15 years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in a supervisory role

Mandatory experience in F&B or Hospitality sector

Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools

Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Excellent leadership and communication skills
