Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management of building operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers (cleaning, security, MEP, landscaping, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards on-site.
  • Contribute to scheduling and tracking preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with space planning, event preparation, and venue setup for cultural or operational activities.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programs.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking budgets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related queries from staff and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: Entry-level or up to 2 years relevant experience (internships or placements are welcome).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the facilities management field.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of health & safety standards (training provided if required).
