Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prospection, and research of new markets, orders, services for clients (individuals and state)
  • Execute all office tasks (Invoicing/Archiving/organization..)
  • Follow up on client correspondence and orders (Email/Phone..)
  • Reception of visitors to the office (clients and suppliers..)
  • Optimize the visibility of the company on the various web platforms adapted to the company's strategy by:
    • Creating and distributing content regularly (Image, Video).
  • Community animation and creation of engagement and loyalty of subscribers on the different platforms.
  • Moderation and monitoring of comments and private messages.
  • Taking charge of incoming requests from candidates.
  • Content creation for social networks.
  • Internal communication management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Community Manager.
  • Knowledge of social media.
  • Mastery of digital tools.
  • Mastery of Pro networks.
  • Perfect mastery of French, Arabic and English.
  • Strong writing skills (French).
  • Ability to be creative and anticipate.
  • Rigor and sense of organization.
  • Team spirit.
  • Sense of strategy.
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Spirit of analysis.
  • Ability to work in a team, Open-minded, sociable.
  • Residence near mohammadia (Algiers).
  • Very good command of the computer (Excel, Word..).
  • Diploma in the various trades of communication, marketing, advertising, printing, event management and architecture is a plus.
