Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mastery of Cash Handling: Proven expertise in managing cash collection, deposits, and daily reconciliation. Familiarity with reporting cash balances to management and handling multiple Companies
- Robust Student Coordination Skills: Strong background in engaging with students, issuing reminders, receipts, invoices, and addressing queries both promptly and professionally.
- Accounting Proficiency: Hands-on experience with general ledger entries, bank receipt and payment entries, and end-to-end support of pre-accounting work such as document verification and assisting with reconciliations.
- Database and System Management: Skilled at maintaining and updating student and financial databases. Proficient in using Zoho and other finance management software, ensuring up-to-date and accurate recordkeeping.
- Accounting Support: Supporting Accounting and finance department in day to day accounting and finance work
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s in accounting
- 3–5 Years’ Experience in cash handling and student management
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Consistency and reliability in handling sensitive financial information.
