Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements.
Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for accurate cost allocation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Availability to join immediately.
