Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
·The Asset Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of all company assets across multiple project sites and locations. This includes Fixed assets, mobile assets, civil infrastructure, office assets, camps accommodation facilities, and support infrastructure.
The role entails developing and implementing a structured Asset Management System (AMS) aligned with international best practices (ISO 55000), ensuring asset availability, regulatory compliance, optimal lifecycle costs, and data integrity while supporting operational requirements of the Engineering and Construction business.
He will be collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data harmonization and standardization across multiple upstream and downstream facilities.
Providing expert-level guidance on data quality, governance, and transformation processes to enhance data reliability and usability across the asset lifecycle
He should be well versed with Asset Management comprehensive standards including:
Asset Data Standards
oAsset Classification, Attributes and Hierarchy Structure
oPlant Taxonomy
oInventory Data Management
oEnterprise Asset Management
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data harmonization and standardization across multiple upstream and downstream facilities.
Providing expert-level guidance on data quality, governance, and transformation processes to enhance data reliability and usability across the asset lifecycle
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial), Business Administration, or Finance. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing a diversified portfolio of capital assets, with at least 4 years specifically within the construction, infrastructure, or heavy industrial sectors managing assets across multiple, remote locations.
Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in the maintenance and operations of both heavy mobile assets and fixed civil/mechanical/electrical assets.
Systems Proficiency: Expert-level experience in implementing and utilizing a major EAM/CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle EAM).
Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, financial acumen, strategic planning ability, and strong leadership/communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders (site operations, finance, IT).
