Roles & Responsibilities

Role Scope:

The Asset Management Staff is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and optimizing the

organization’s physical and current assets. This role ensures accurate recording, proper

utilization, and timely maintenance of equipment, machinery, and other assets. The position

involves coordinating with various departments to monitor assets, verify asset locations,

support audits, and provide data for financial reporting and decision-making. The role aims to

maximize asset efficiency, minimize losses, and ensure compliance with company policies and

regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate record of all company assets, including machinery, equipment and vehicles.
  • Arrange inspection of Machinery and prepare transfer requests
  • Coordinate with logistics team for export of machinery.
  • Track asset movement, usage, and location across departments.
  • Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliation to ensure proper accounting.
  • Support procurement and disposal processes by providing asset information and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Identify and report underutilized or obsolete assets.
  • Maintain proper documentation for insurance, warranties, and vendor agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Asset tracking and inventory process.
  • Ability to coordinate inspection, transfers and logistics effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of machinery and equipment handling and export procedures.
  • Good knowledge in Google sheets.
  • Linguistic skills
