Role: Asset Management Expert, Oracle Fusion

Location- Doha, Qatar

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with a focus on Asset Management.

Design scalable solutions for Fixed Assets, Asset Lifecycle Management, and integration with Procurement and Finance.

Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.

Implementation & Delivery

Lead large-scale transformation programs for asset-intensive industries (e.g., real estate, aviation, telecom).

Drive requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

Develop technical components: HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations.

Process Optimization

Align asset management processes with global best practices for capitalization, depreciation, and maintenance.

Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.

Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.

Mandatory Skills

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials: Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables.

Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management and compliance standards.

Hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration strategies.

Proven ability to design real-time integrations between ERP and asset management systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in global rollouts for asset-heavy sectors (real estate, aviation, telecom).

Knowledge of Oracle Maintenance Cloud and integration with SCM.

Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and OCI.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
