Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret 2D drawings and follow SOPs.
  • Retrieve, inspect, and verify mold components against BOM.
  • Receive mold accessories from stock keeper and material after finishing manufacturing.
  • Clean, pre-fit, and adjust components to ensure precision and alignment.
  • Assemble complex core/cavity blocks, ejection systems, guides, hydraulic and cooling systems using proper techniques, torque values, and precision tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fitting, alignment, or functional issues in coordination with Factory Manager.
  • Conduct trial assemblies and validate mold functionality before release.
  • Provide the technical guidance for technicians and junior technicians in assembly team.
  • Document completed assembly steps and maintain traceability.
  • Suggest improvements to assembly processes or mold performance.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and handle tools safely.
  • Ensure that mold spare parts are ready for packing list.
  • Prepare a written report summarizing project issues and challenges as part of the project closure documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. (TS degree)
  • Language: basic command of English both spoken and written.
  • Experience: +15 years of experience in mold assembly.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, machinery, and mold assembly.
