Repair production equipment (after receipt of DTC), in order to reach the level
required quality and minimize line downtime. (MTTR, MTBF)
Write a complete report of the action carried out (Close the DTC in real time)
Description of the effect, root cause analysis, proposed corrective action
definitive, proposal for preventive actions (write on teams and send emails)
Ensure the safety of people and resources and propose solutions to optimize
security
Establish a project to minimize downtime (MTTR, MTBF)
Support the start of production for new lines
Participate in the QRQC meeting (level 1)
Diagnoses possible malfunctions on equipment (vision code reader a
bar etc.)
Works in a team, including remotely
Mastery of computer-assisted Maintenance Management software CMMS (coswin)
Analysis of maintenance data
Ensure a good handover with maintenance technicians
