Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM (Social Engine optimization/Social Engine Marketing), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns on a corporate and brand levels.
Design, build and maintain Sanita social media presence resulting in higher brand equity and increasing customer reach engagement and followers.( community management)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights for the online/digital marketing, and optimize expenditure and performance based on these insights.
Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies for ongoing activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and campaigns to optimize user experience.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for online services including price negotiation, quality of service and feedback.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide them for adoption where appropriate.
Track online competitors activity and report to all brand managers the information needed.
Manage the corporate website to ensure continuous updates are being implemented and proper maintenance.
Handle or coordinate where necessary with the customer service, marketing staff and operations customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved/answered.
