Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead our creative vision, inspire a multidisciplinary team, and elevate client brands through captivating design and production.

Responsibilities

Translate campaign briefs into strong visual directions, from conceptualization to final approval.

Lead visual ideation, moodboards, and brand storytelling across all media platforms.

Supervise design and production for digital, motion, print, 3D renders, and general event branding.

Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.

Manage and guide a creative team including designers, animators, editors, and photographers.

Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and PR teams to align visuals with briefs.

Drive innovation by efficiently integrating new formats, trends, and technologies into campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements (Must-Haves)

5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role.

Proven leadership in creative production across digital, print, and events.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects

Experience managing cross-functional creative teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform campaign work and event visuals.

Ability to communicate ideas clearly.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Knowledge in at least 2 design AI Tools

Skills: Creative Direction, Team Leadership, Adobe Suite, Event Branding, Storyboarding, Campaign Ideation, Art Direction, Animation Supervision,

Typography, Strategic Thinking.
