Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer experience to partners using the ArrowSphere platform.

Assist partners in managing their cloud spend on the ArrowSphere platform.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
-
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ArrowSphere platform and its functionalities.

Support Partner Development Managers (PDMs) in managing the ArrowSphere platform partners and delivering services.
-
Provide training and support to partners to enhance their knowledge of the ArrowSphere platform.

Offering an investigative approach to all customer enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution is provided

Essential Experience:

Proven track record in customer service and relationship management within the IT industry.

In-depth knowledge of cloud solutions and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Experience in managing and optimizing cloud spend for partners.

Strong operational understanding of cloud platforms and tools.

Preferred Experience:
-
Experience working with major cloud vendors such as Microsoft or AWS.

Understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the cloud computing market.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
