About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Country Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of sales experience, excellent leadership skills, must be an Arabic speaker, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage country-wide sales activities to consistently achieve sales targets

Supervise, coach, and motivate sales teams across multiple regions

Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities

Ensure proper inventory management and product availability at all outlets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or national role

Must be fluent in Arabic and English

Strong leadership, team management, and sales planning skills

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities

Ability to manage and motivate sales teams across multiple locations

Proficient in MS Office and sales management software
