Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Area Sales Supervision, Team Leadership, and Business Growth
- Supervise, support, and motivate sales teams within assigned territories to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Implement company sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and standard operating procedures to ensure cohesive execution in all outlets.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure superior customer experience in every channel.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports, manage resources efficiently, and recommend action plans to maximize sales outcomes.
- Guide recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of sales team members to foster skill development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, developing talent, and driving commercial results.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
- Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within assigned area as required.
