Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for Sinai Pipes in the Sinai region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in pipes, construction materials, or building products (preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel and manage sales operations across Sinai. (Sinai resident are preferred)
