Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor daily sales activities and guide team members to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotions and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (Tourism and Hotels degree is a plus)

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of cosmetics.
  • Age (34-40) years.
  • Good command of the English language (any additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
