Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Area Operations Management: Supervise daily operations within the assigned region to ensure all objectives, KPIs, and service targets are consistently achieved.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate team members to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and gender-neutral work environment.
- Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, drive customer acquisition, and enhance revenue across multiple sites or channels.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control expenses to ensure operational efficiency and maximum ROI for the area.
- Customer Experience: Champion best-in-class service, monitor customer feedback, and implement improvements to exceed expectations and build long-term loyalty.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with marketing, logistics, and central management teams to ensure alignment with company goals, and deliver accurate, timely reports on area performance.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and quality standards, upholding Nice one s reputation for excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in regional or multi-site management within retail, digital sales, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven ability to lead diverse, inclusive teams and drive results through motivational leadership and effective delegation.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service processes in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement and operational strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
