Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out research, identification, classification, preservation, and making available of archived documents for all company structures.
- Take into account any risk that could compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and implement the appropriate actions to deal with the risks and opportunities impacting compliance with requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.
- Receive the various documents to be archived.
- Keep the file up to date and record the entries and exits of the documents.
- Organize and manage the company's archives.
- Make the archives available to users.
- Ensure the maintenance of premises and shelving.
- Take charge of bibliographic research.
- Acquire documentation needs and organize their classification.
- Select works and other documents printed or recorded by audiovisual means, likely to be of interest to the various structures of the company.
- Communicate to the company's specialties information on the available documentary collection.
- Distribute documentary products according to the expressed needs and according to the area of intervention of the different structures of the company.
- Archive the various documents in accordance with the rules of the art.
- Organize and administer the loan systems for the various works and documentary products.
- Keep up to date the identification register of the various works "Entry No., subject matter, others"
In terms of Q.H.S.E:
- Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the company and its structures.
- Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the integrated management system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
General training: Bachelor's degree in library science.
Professional experience: 2 - 3 years.
