Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain archival records in a structured, traceable, and accessible manner.

Develop and implement classification systems for efficient document retrieval.

Prepare document descriptions and archival indexes to streamline access to information.

Accurately enter archival records into internal systems.

Digitize physical documents through scanning and ensure proper electronic archiving.

Issue reminder notices for outstanding balances or required actions.

Prepare and send invoices and statements of account to clients.

Collect and report weekly customer satisfaction feedback survey

Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Support other administrative tasks related to records management, collections, and customer feedback as needed.


Qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in archiving, records management, or collections is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
