Architecture Technical Office Engineer

Prepare, review, and revise architectural shop drawings in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and site conditions.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for architectural works.
• Prepare and submit material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements for approval.
• Provide continuous technical support to site engineers and execution teams.
• Participate in solving site technical issues and proposing practical solutions compatible with site conditions.
• Review contract drawings and identify discrepancies, missing details, and constructability issues.
• Issue and follow up on technical queries (RFIs) with consultants when required.
• Ensure architectural works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams regarding materials, quantities, and technical requirements.
• Follow up on architectural activities on site to ensure proper implementation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Excellent knowledge of architectural execution details and construction methods.

Strong experience in shop drawings, BOQs, quantity surveying, and material submittals.

Very good command of AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).

Good understanding of coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP works.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work on-site full time.
