  • Estimation & BOQ

  • Design & Drafting

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Designer/Quantity Surveyor).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design/estimation software.

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation practices.

  • Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with clients, engineers, and site teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Quantity Surveying (preferred).
