Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design team to deliver innovative and functional design solutions for real estate and commercial projects.
- Oversee the development of architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with project requirements, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Ensure all architectural work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with proven leadership in managing design teams.
- Extensive experience in real estate development, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
- Experience working in an office-based environment.
