Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the architectural design team to deliver innovative and functional design solutions for real estate and commercial projects.
  • Oversee the development of architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with project requirements, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into design processes.
  • Ensure all architectural work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with proven leadership in managing design teams.
  • Extensive experience in real estate development, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
