Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design, master planning, and space planning for large Data Centre and infrastructure projects

  • Drive concept, schematic, design development, tender, and working drawings (GFC)

  • Act as the single-point architectural lead for client interactions and critical design decisions

  • Coordinate with MEP, Structural, BIM, PMC, and consultants

  • Oversee BIM-based design development using Revit and Navisworks

  • Ensure code compliance, authority submissions, and approvals

  • Lead QA/QC reviews and ensure design intent is maintained during execution

  • Manage and mentor architectural and BIM teams

  • Support technical due diligence (TDD), design reviews, and project streamlining

  • Coordinate with site teams to resolve design and execution challenges

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale architectural projects

  • Strong experience in Data Centres

  • Proven expertise in front-end design and project development

  • Hands-on experience with BIM and large multidisciplinary coordination

  • Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills
