Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all architectural finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of finishing works.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules related to finishing works.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, site logs, and documentation for all finishing activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies related to finishing works in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all finishing activities are completed within the project timeline and budget constraints.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on finishing-related matters.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating and recommending finishing materials and suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural finishing within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
