Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects and construction teams to develop detailed blueprints and models using advanced software tools, translating conceptual ideas into tangible designs.
  • Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and resolving issues that arise to maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
  • Review and evaluate architectural and landscape drawings submitted by consultants and contractors for compliance with codes, specifications, and design intent.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure cohesive integration across project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members.
  • Solid understanding of landscape architecture principles and urban design approaches.
  • Strong technical skills in reviewing, marking up, and coordinating drawings.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and cooperation across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in successful projects.
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional) to validate expertise in sustainable practices and design.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
