Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to integrate architectural solutions seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent and safety regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans for architectural deliverables.
- Identify and resolve design challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design concepts and address feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural engineering or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
