Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including 3D models and visualizations, to effectively communicate design intent to clients and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural drafting, showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD is mandatory to create and modify detailed architectural plans.
  • Certifications like LEED or National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) are preferred for demonstrating expertise.
