Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD (and Revit where applicable), including plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and finishes. Develop drawings for hotel and hospitality fit-out projects from design development through IFC stages. Translate design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable drawings. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams to ensure alignment and constructability. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 5–10 years of proven experience as an Architectural / Interior Design Draftsman, preferably on hotel and hospitality projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an added advantage. Solid experience in architectural and interior fit-out drawings, including joinery and finishes. Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and hospitality project requirements preferred. Detail-oriented, quality-focused, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Currently based in the UAE and immediately available to work on-site in Dubai.
