Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating ideas into innovative architectural designs.
- Develop detailed architectural plans and 3D models using advanced design software, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to assess project viability, incorporating environmental and regulatory considerations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is essential; a master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
