Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all architectural implementation work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material tender documents.
Provide technical support and resolve architectural site issues as they arise.
Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
Support in managing schedules, manpower, and resources for architectural work packages.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
- +3 years of experience in Site Engineer.
- Preferably with practical experience in Construction industries or related fields.
- Excellent in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- High team work skills.
- Experience in Contracting field (Industrial / residential) is a MUST.
