Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and a proven track record of developing creative and innovative design concepts that meet client goals and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
  • Handle residential, retail, and commercial drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Utilize advanced software skills to produce high-quality designs and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company.
Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Vray, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Corona Rendering, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and design trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience in residential, retail, and commercial projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and technical skills.
