ARCHITECT

KILONEWTONS

As an Architect at KILONEWTONS, you ll be responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects from concept to completion. You ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create spaces that are functional, innovative, and aligned with our world-class engineering standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for various building projects.
• Prepare and review CAD drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and civil engineers to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Evaluate building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Present design proposals, models, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
• Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovative materials into design solutions.
• Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and tendering processes.
• Coordinate and manage the design process from concept through construction.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Strong background in architectural design, planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software, including:
  
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit (BIM Modelling)
  • SketchUp
  • Lumion / V-Ray (Rendering & Visualization)
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
• Solid understanding of building materials, structural systems, and construction techniques.
• Experience with LEED / sustainability design standards preferred.
• Exceptional creativity, spatial awareness, and design presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
