Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural projects (plans, sketches, models).

  • Carry out feasibility studies and propose technical and aesthetic solutions.
  • Prepare regulatory documents (building permits, technical files).
  • Coordinate stakeholders (design offices, engineers, companies).
  • Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with deadlines, budget and quality.
  • Integrate innovative and sustainable solutions (energy saving, ecological materials).
  • Proficiency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp).
  • Excellent knowledge of construction and town planning standards.
  • Creativity, aesthetic sense and capacity for innovation.
  • Project management and team coordination skills.
