Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Designing architectural plans according to client needs and regulatory constraints.
- Create sketches, 2D/3D plans, digital models and 3D models.
- Ensure technical coordination with engineers (structures, fluids, infrastructure).
- Prepare the administrative files: building permit, development plan, authorizations.
- Participate in the consultation with companies and the estimation of the cost of the work.
- Excellent mastery of CAD/CAM software: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
- Knowledge of building standards, urban and environmental regulations.
- Creative sense, technical skill, precision and spatial vision.
