Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural projects (plans, 3D modeling, renderings).
- Ensure consistency between the conceptual idea and technical feasibility.
- Prepare administrative files (building permits, authorizations, etc.)
- Monitor construction sites: check that the work complies with plans and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers and other project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of the agency's architectural and graphic style.
- Propose creative and functional ideas in the sketching and design phase.
Skills:
- Ma trise d AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion et Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Team spirit, attention to detail and autonomy.
- Good adaptability and willingness to learn.
