Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Architect
Design and develop architectural projects taking into account client needs, standards and technical constraints.
- Carry out feasibility studies, preliminary projects and detailed plans.
- Ensure coordination with engineers, design offices and other technical stakeholders.
- Prepare administrative files and building permits.
- Monitor and control the progress of the worksite to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Mastering 2S and 3D tools + Rendering software
- In-depth knowledge of construction and town planning standards.
- Creativity combined with technical rigor.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
