Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Define and govern Power Platform best practices, standards, and security protocols, promoting consistency and scalability across projects.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Power Platform and other systems, using connectors, APIs, and custom code when necessary.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing Power Platform implementations, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform developers, guiding them on architectural decisions and development best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform features and updates, evaluating their potential impact and benefits for the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of Power Platform applications, proactively addressing any technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Architect Expert or similar.
- Demonstrates 7+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies and 3+ years specifically on Power Platform.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Possesses strong experience in designing and implementing complex integrations with various data sources and APIs.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering Power Platform solutions.
- Has experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
