Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Develop detailed design concepts and plans using CAD software and other design tools.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction personnel to ensure design feasibility.
• Research and select appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes for interior projects.
• Draft comprehensive project drawings, blueprints, and specifications for architectural plans.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to source materials and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Ensure designs comply with industry codes, regulations, and legal requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design thinking capabilities are essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and teams effectively.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail and quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and local building codes and regulations.
