Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Architect Engineer to manage and oversee the architectural design and coordination of major construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural team, developing innovative and practical design solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.

• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, civil, and interior design teams to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.

• Supervise and mentor junior architects and CAD/Revit technicians; ensure shop drawings quality and consistency.

• Oversee material selection, architectural finishes, and specifications.

• Manage shop drawings schedules, deliverables, and coordination with external consultants and contractors.

• Review and submit to consultant the architectural shop drawings and respond to RFIs and site queries.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved designs and shop drawings.

• Provide leadership in design innovation, sustainability, and architectural best practices.

• Support project proposals, design presentations, and client meetings with technical and visual documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture.

• Registered Architect or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of architectural experience in the construction industry.

• Strong portfolio of completed projects, demonstrating design excellence and technical capability.

• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite).

• Knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
