Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for RSA Archer GRC applications.
  • Implement and manage enhancements, upgrades, and customizations on the Archer platform.
  • Ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems and databases.
  • Conduct system audits, compliance checks, and performance reviews to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and process improvements.
  • Work on long-term strategic initiatives to optimize the Archer environment for governance, risk, and compliance management.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience working as an Archer Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise in RSA Archer modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and GRC frameworks.
  • Ability to design and implement custom objects, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Prior experience in government or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
