Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Preventive Maintenance & Servicing o Video arcade machines (Konami, Sega, Bandai Namco, Bay Tek, Adrenaline, etc.). o Attractions, kiddie rides, shooting games, racing simulators, pinball, bowling, air hockey, prize/redemption machines. o VR/3D/4D/9D cinema simulators. o Compressors, gearboxes, and electromechanical equipment. o Electronics equipment, networking, and computer-related systems. • Troubleshooting & Repairs o Diagnose and repair sudden breakdowns quickly. o Service arcade machines, redemption games, prize cranes, and interactive attractions. • Safety & Quality Control o Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures. o Apply and monitor safety measures during all technical operations. • Systems & Installations o Semnox card system monitoring and maintenance. o CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring. o Networking, communication systems, lighting, and sound engineering. • Inventory & Spare Parts o Manage spare parts, request new materials, and maintain stock for efficient repairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Arcade Game Technician / Amusement Equipment Technician. • Solid knowledge of arcade machine preventive maintenance & troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with VR/3D/4D/9D cinema systems (preferred). • Good understanding of electronics, networking, and computer systems. • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly. • Strong awareness of safety standards and compliance procedures.
